What Is a Custom Order?
A custom order is a product created specifically for an individual client or event. This may include custom scents, packaging, labeling, quantities, or limited-edition formulations, depending on availability and project scope.
All custom orders are made to order and produced exclusively for you.
Minimum Order Requirements
To ensure quality, consistency, and production efficiency, all custom orders require a minimum order quantity (MOQ).

MOQ requirements vary by product type and customization level and will be confirmed during your consultation.
Vaulted Cosmetics does not offer single-item custom orders.
Custom Order Consultation Fee
Custom orders require a non-refundable consultation fee of [$150].
This fee covers project review, formulation planning, sourcing, and quote preparation.
If you move forward with your custom order, the consultation fee will be credited toward your final invoice.

We review your request and provide a customized quote, production timeline, and payment terms. -
Invoice & Approval
Once approved, an invoice will be issued. Full payment is required to begin production. -
Production
Your order enters production after payment is received. Processing times vary by project. -
Shipping or Pickup
Once completed, your order will ship or be made available for pickup (if applicable).
Production Timeline
Custom orders require a minimum of [2-3 weeks] for production, depending on complexity, quantity, and material availability.
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and are not guaranteed.
Timelines are estimates and begin after payment is received.
Scent & Formula Acknowledgment
Custom orders are created based on approved specifications. By approving your quote and submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of these orders:

Revisions & Communication

Shipping & Delivery
Custom orders ship according to the timeline provided in your quote.
Shipping fees are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Vaulted Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has shipped.
Quality Assurance
Each custom order is produced with the same attention to quality and care as our core collection. Minor variations in color, scent, or texture may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
