At Vaulted Cosmetics, we take pride in the quality and care behind every product. Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care items, we have specific guidelines in place to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all customers.

All Sales Are Final

For hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, body care, and cosmetic products are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or tampered items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Please contact us at info@vaultedcosmetics.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vaulted Cosmetics is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
We cannot cancel or modify orders once they have been placed.

Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer

We encourage all customers to review ingredient lists carefully prior to purchase. Vaulted Cosmetics is not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities or allergies.
