• Ready-to-purchase items: 1–3 business days

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing begins.
